Terms of service

By using Cosmic Business you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They are governed by Indian law and written for customers everywhere.

1. The service

Cosmic Business, operated by Cosmic Business, provides numerology calculators and written numerology reports for businesses. The calculators are free to use. Reports are digital products sold individually.

2. What the service is not

Cosmic Business provides numerology-based guidance for reflection and planning support. It is not financial, legal, medical or investment advice. Always apply your own judgement and consult qualified professionals before making business decisions.

Numerology is a traditional interpretive system. It is not a science, it produces no verifiable prediction, and nothing on this site should be relied upon as a forecast of any commercial, legal, financial, medical or personal outcome. We publish this in plain sight rather than in small print, and the full disclaimer forms part of these terms.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
• An account is optional. If you create one, keep the password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give us accurate details. A report generated from wrong inputs is not a fault we can fix by refunding it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract the calculators, content or database, or use automated tools against the site beyond ordinary browsing.
• Resell, sublicense or republish reports or page content as your own, except under a consultant licence that expressly permits it.
• Reverse-engineer the engine, or attempt to access parts of the system you have not been given access to.
• Upload another person's personal data without a lawful basis for doing so.
• Interfere with the service, or use it to break any law that applies to you.
• Present our output as professional financial, legal or medical advice to anyone else.

We apply rate limits to protect the service. Persistent abuse ends in a block, without a refund of anything already delivered.

5. Purchases, pricing and delivery

• Prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, in the currency you are charged in. Applicable taxes, including GST for Indian customers, are shown before payment.
• Payment is processed by Razorpay or Stripe. Your order is confirmed when the processor confirms the payment, not when you submit the form.
• Reports are generated automatically, normally within a minute of confirmation, and delivered as a private download link. The same link appears in your dashboard if you have an account.
• Download links stay live for 365 days. Download and keep your own copy.
• We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order already paid for.
• Reports are one-off purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Refunds and cancellations are covered by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Consultant accounts

Consultant packs allow reports to be produced under your own practice name and logo for your own clients. If you use them: you are responsible for the lawful basis on which you collect your clients' data and for what you tell them about it; you may not resell the raw calculators or represent the engine as software you built; and credits are tied to your account and are not transferable. We may withdraw a consultant licence for conduct that misrepresents the method, such as attaching promised outcomes to a reading.

7. Intellectual property

The software, interface, written interpretations, rule data and page content are owned by Cosmic Business and protected by copyright. The underlying numerological tradition is not owned by anyone, and we make no claim over it — what is ours is the implementation, the wording and the compiled rule set.

A report you purchase is licensed to you for your own business use, and for sharing with your advisors, partners or investors. You may not republish it publicly, sell it, or incorporate it into a competing product.

8. Your content

The names, dates and business details you enter remain yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the calculation, produce your report and keep it available to you. We may use anonymised, aggregated statistics — such as which calculators are used most — with nothing in them that identifies you or your business.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults happen. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service; if we discontinue something you have paid for and not yet received, we will refund it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Business is not liable for any business decision you make, any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific product the claim relates to, in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case the exclusions apply only as far as that jurisdiction allows.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your presentation of our output to third parties as professional advice.

12. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, and will normally give notice and a chance to put it right first. Reports you have already paid for and received remain yours.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at the place of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, which we do not seek to remove.

Before starting anything formal, please write to us. Most disputes about a digital report are resolved by someone actually reading the complaint.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The revision date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. A change never applies retroactively to an order already completed.
